I'm having trouble with the touchscreen on my G700... Sometimes it freezes and decides not to respond at all and other times the screen doesnt respond properly to where the stylus touches the screen..... I've already installed the latest firmware but it dosent seem to fix it....
Does anyone have any ideas???? |

has it suffered any damages?
or you can use your warranty instead.

If it is software issue, you can master reset or update the phone with SEUS.

Having the notes app running in the task manager makes the screen unresponsive but still no idea about why its still off center with the stylus??? |

Off center with the stylus... Hhmm did you tried setup wizard and the touchscreen calibration option of it?

No the service tests... You just go to control panel and look for setup wizard options there... (I think it was in the last submenu of control panel)...
During that setup wizard you should come to a step named "screen calibration" or whatever where you need to tap 4 dots on the display... That is the 6th or 7th step of the wizard... If your screen is calibrated this can fix it.. if not it may be more serious hardware damage.

It is in the setup wizard as these forumers had said!! Run it and continue click next till you reached the last part!~ You will evetually come to the screen calibration! |

Try what's said above. It may not be on the 6th or 7th step.. It may be at the end of the setup wizard.. And should be there anyway. shouldn't remove that feature from a touchscreen phone...
