hi, i ahve a 4 month old SE K810i bought from HK. Since last week, i ve been having trouble taking pics with the shutter button. Before, i could lightly hold it so it would auto focus. but now i have to press really hard for it to detect my action and i cant really control the focus anymore =(. Anyone happened to experience this already? Any suggestions? This is mostly a hardware problem right?

Just send it back to SE maybe they have the answer on your problems.
I do have the same problem,which is with my k810i also.
