No its not , Everchanging have only grid icons !
This theme have grid + big icon on bottom ! |

I heard that it is an original Everchanging for the S500. Download it here:

I took a look at its Theme.xml, it does contain a link to "Everchanging_desktop.swf"

that flash theme design never made it in to retail s500's.
the everchanging theme came with the s500, but the main menu doenst look like that.
