Hi!

got £300 to spend.. I use a TyTn II and hope to sell it on. Maybe get a HTC Touch HD in it's place.

With the £300. I am happy to get a very good back up phone. I like my music... but not bothered about a camera, because I have an Exilim EX-Z75 7.2 and it is enough for me.

Also have an iPod Touch 32mb, so maybe I should use that for music and just get a S-E T303 !

I like the looks of the C902, and wonder whether to trade in old stuff, and get a c905 !

What do you think ?

@lovewalrus The MDA Compact IV is the T-Mobile branded version of the HTC Touch Diamond? No thanks.... Did look at the HTC one that masseur was selling...

@Sirhackalot You send me a two way airticket, bookand pay my hotel, pay my expenses and I will deliver the cash to you.

@PeterKay Hi! I like this idea, but still short of funds with £300 ! Unless of course, I can shift the TyTn II and the camera

If you're serious about going this route I'd go for a T700 instead.

What about a G705?

According to the T700 thread:

"The T700 is a GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 UMTS/HSDPA 2100 phone that will be available in selected markets in the colours Black on Silver, Black on Red and Shining Silver from early Q4 of 2008"

It doesn't seem to be making an appearance in US, UK, Australia or NZ but you should be able to source it in Asia.

And the G705 thread:

"The G705 and G705u (exclusive to Orange) support GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and UMTS/HSDPA 2100. G705 will be available in selected markets from early Q4 in the colours Silky Gold or Majestic Black. G705u (exclusive to Orange) will be available from early Q4 in the colour Luminous Black. The G705 will also be available in a version for American markets supporting networks GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and UMTS/HSUPA 850/1900/2100. G705 for American markets will be available early Q1 2009."

W980 is great if you plan to use your phone for music. But it's camera is the thing I don't like it... It produces mediocre pictures... Not good at all.

Go for C905 if you are between it and G705. C905 is far more better than G705 in every way.
