guys.... i tried the mod for the vista thing but now i want to remove it. the master reset didnt help cz the icons and the upper toolbar still have the vista look.
and i forgot to backup my UIQ 3 before installing the mod!
what shld i do??
does anyone hav the original files of the g900??

best way is to use EMMA, it fix your UI right away... but there is a problem of course because you use non orginal software, (SO DONT).

what about a clean installationen with SEUS ???? (or does also SEUS reckon your UI faulty and say no...im not sure there)

to be honest ,,,, im still new with the phone its the second day that i use it... so i dont know what emma is nor seus.
if u cld just indicate to me what i shld do ill be more than gratefull!

Download Sony Ericsson Update Services (SEUS) from here http://www.sonyericsson.com/c[....]UpdateService/g900?cc=ae&lc=en

install it, do as what it says to update your firmware. if it says you already got the latest firmware, press the continue anyway button.

Warning: Updating your firmware will loose all your applications/games/settings etc.

just delete manually what you've installed (with X-plore).. all files. OFC use caps OFF!! to delete the files.

thx rishone im dowloading seus as we speak. the problem norbi is that i replaced a whole file so i dunno which files ive added..

With your g900 press >*<<*<* and you'll be in the service menu

yer i had to format internal drive then update via seus to sort my p1i out luckily i now have a full backup of C and Z drive so im good

well you can find backups of C and Z drives on the net. I Have to try the >*<<... i didn't know it was working with this phone.
