P990 broken stylus problem |

I'd broken the bottom part of my stylus. I used some glue to paste it and i left it like that the entire night. In the morning when i thought it was ok i put the stylus inside the hole then i pulled it back but the bottom part kept inside. Anyone?

Dont worry, its apparently a common problem , have heard of a few cases
Open the back and remove batteryand sim card, look towards the corner where the stylus socket is.
If u can see the stylus inside, try probing it out gently with a toothpick
if not, take it to the servive centre, they might be able to do it quick

Or open the phone... The worst case and try to remove the stulys.

nop...I don't think you can get it out without opening the phone. There is a piece of wire/spring holding it in.
Opening the phone is not that much of a problem... |

i managed to take it out, but now the back button doesnt want to go back to its place

upf...sorry about that. I will be taking my P990 apart tonight (my camera button is not working properly). If you need it, I can take photos of back button original position or something ... |

It's a bit difficult to place the side buttons... I had problems with K800 when I first opened such phone. Actually I opened my P1 to see what is inside of it... LOOL

I usually wait until I need to fix something...and I don't need to wait long for that moment to come, my phones tend to fall on the ground alot

Kako je u Skopju ? ( samo sam jednom prolazio kroz njega dok smo jos bili ista drzava, ali moj drug ga samo hvali...mislim da je zaljubljen u jednu devojku iz Skopja ) Nadam se da me razumes, nisam nikada pricao sa nekim iz Makedonije, ali mi kazu da nema problema u komunikaciji.

yay i did fix it. i had to insert then of the lock key into a slot i wasnt seeing doooohhh

: ) Glad you figured it out. Iļ¾ managed to mess up my camera button completely . Lucky me I bought a brand new P990 few days ago ... :)
