Its probably rubbish and not going to happen. But i keep reading on the net that Orange UK is to get the iphone by next month. Surely this is rubbish and if it were true it would be advertised everywhere. |

I have a feeling though sometime in the future things will change regarding the iphone and its network choice. |

Yeah most networks seem to be pretending they're not bitter about it, but it did kinda sting them a bit.
And JiSm, care to venture into that? Is there something you know that I don't?
Apple have a 'multi-year' contract with O2, minimum 5 years, so I don't expect them to change that any time soon.

when I went to go for a new phone months back,
Vodafone didn't seem amused by it infact it was on there system
but the guy just shrugged it off
I guess im kinda hearing about this 5year thing anyway,
it's so old news now everyone has to know it's tied down lol

Yes Nokia phones are still the best for texting and overall ease of use. Though i love the look of the latest SE menus. But when i owned a Nokia 6300 i could text at lightning speed without looking at the phone. How sad is that i could enter the fastest texter comp. Lol. The Nokia 6300 is still a decent phone and the buttons are so easy to use. Im still not overly keen on touch screen phones. Last one i had was P900. Old man. |

I don't text very much, only to my son really although almost daily, but when I do its really surprisingly quick on the iPhone, and the word correction is just about 100% perfect so even when I press the wrong keys it still gets it right
I suggest you give it a go and you'll be as surprised as I was! I never expected to be able to text quicker than I did on the TyTN II with full physical keyboard
