This seems to be a "VERY" common problem with R520m but no one seems to have a definete solution!

The Alarm Snooze function will not work properly for many of the users around the globe. It will only ring a couple of times with this feature ON and will turn the alarm OFF.

I have the R4A008 firmware I am wondering if a new software that has come out or about to come out can be a solution to this?

Please Help! Anyone?

R4A008 is the latest... and final firmware... has discontinued the firmware development for R520m and T39m....

Then this may not be related with the firmware at all!? May be a hardware unit (most probably the sensor) that is manufactured bad.
I am quite confused since I have seen happy r520 owners around as well (may be they are not aware of the problem).

I will be happy to hear from other fellow r520 owners about their experience with this feature, their firmware, if they have the same bug in their phones.

the motion sensor is very sensitive... so if a little piece of dust covers the sensor, it will act just the way you describe...
