Seeing as the original thread was "accidently" deleted (whoops)..
LANCASHIRE'S famous Holland's Pies is setting up a consumer panel in a quest for pie perfection.
Those selected will be invited to a series of specially arranged pie-tasting sessions, to review every recipe and offer their opinions.

Thanks for the offer Paul, I've got quite a stack of them at the moment  (the old dear works in every now and then in Northamption, and Wifey is lovely lovely and brings me some down)
