hey guys,i need help with my SE w380. i cant seem to use any of my mp3 songs as a ringtone. does anyone know anything about this? |

Most common reason is because it's branded. Was it?

well, that's explain your problem.
if you don't mind your warranty you can just flashed it with generic firmware so you will get the most out from your phone...
