A friend of mine has got a Nka 8600d from China...

So does it come sim free or does it require unlocking?

He has tried an 02 and voda sim but still no luck

Could it have something to do with the supported bands, or UMTS support?

i think a turbo sim maybe needed???

Usually these fake phones are simfree, as no network will sell them .
Could be something wrong with it.
Where is his phone from and is it brandnew or used ?
