im having trouble installing the t39 modem on w2k. i can use ir to backup my phonebook and stuff, but i can't access the modem from hyperterminal. i cant even query the modem using modem control panel.
i've installed the Ericsson t39 ir modem drivers. are there any other things i should install? i've done this on an r320 before, so i don't really know why it's not working on the t39.
