@arjun89: please give a detailed description of your problem so that we can help you. What are you using? Gmail or Yahoo! Mail?

@trev1982: do you have an MSN Hotmail account? Have you tried configuring it on your phone? I can't really make it to work on my K800i. I can only use Y! Mail and Gmail.

Are you trying to synchronise your email using your mobile phone's email client?? If yes and that you have configured your phone correctly, the problem is probably with your network that may not port forwarding.... If that is the case, you can't do anything other than using the webmail.
I don't recommend using third party email client. They are not good.
