Ipod rulez the world, so every expansion system out there is Ipod compatible 
I wont buy any Ipod till it has all the capabilities of my K850, in the meanwhile I adore those external Ipod soundspeakers so wondering if there's any quality connection for our K850.... would rather avoid the classic headphones jack....

I was thinking this the other day, it would be amazing if Sony made one of those, that you simply plug the phone on top and it loads the music. |

I'm wondering if the Ipod plug is a digital to analog connection.... woould boost sound quality on external speakers.... but maybe I'm dreaming |

The MMC-60 Music Cable is a fastport to gold plated stereo RCA cable if that's what you mean...
I have one hooked up so I can listen to the radio etc through my Aura Evolution Va100II/B&W DM603 S2 Combo
