go jogging, and eat healthy
both needed to loose weight, its a fact you cant loose fat in a an defined area you have to loose it everywhere. Jogging best for this
So jog, i.e use more cabhyrdates in a day than u eat
then do some weights on ur arms, few a day , and increase |

yep eat healthy and light.
and try to go jogging on empty stomach in the morning.so you body will use you body fat for fueling yourself which means its burning your fat.

Press ups, Sit ups to strenthen your arms chest and stomach. To get fit, jogging is great, but swimming will give you an all over workout.

1st thing u need to do (unless u have one)...buy an ipod. I'm 24 and all my mates are quite thin, look good etc. So whilst I couldn't afford to go to the gym for a few months I started jogging around a field near me (thats when ipod comes in handy, pace yourself with a certain amount of songs or something) I lost nearly a stone within a month (jogging 3times a week and going for long walks twice a week)
Now i'm 3 weeks into the gym (4times a week) and i've lost well over a stone and half and my muscles have started to get some definition too. Hope it works out for you mate.
Drink plenty of water too.

Before I start what I am about to say, I don't want to sound as if I have my head up my arse! Ok.. now that’s out the way I feel better now. lol
When I was about 14-15 I was always obsessed with how my body looked. I remember in gym class, there was one kid who had a fantastic body (no I am not gay, but I admired his body greatly) six pack abs, muscled arms.. the lot. And I remember clearly, I was about to go for a shower, when I took of my top and saw a lanky, weedy kid. I was motivated to get a more defined muscles. I was always a freak about my body, so the determination was there. I wanted to be like that boy.
After that I decided I was going to get a better body, I was a bit to young for the gym just yet, but I set up a regime of press ups and crunches + jogging every day. When my body was hurting in the morning, that was a sign to take a break and take a rest for the day.
I got to say the results were fantastic, I would say in 3 months of hard work, my arms were more defined as with my chest, and with in 6 months I had the body.
Diet was not a problem with me, because I’m quite odd, I find healthy foods tasty and dislike quite a bit of unhealthy food. To this day, I now regularly go to the gym.
I tell you this mate, when your jogging and your legs are aching and you feel your on the brink of being sick, but your determined to give it that extra go to get a better time and your legs are killing you. When your stomach feels like its getting ripped open when your working on your abs, but you carry on until you have reached your target, or when you feel that your arms are to tired to carry on keeping up your body, and it feels heavier with every press up but do it any way. I cant describe it, but although your hurt, you feel amazing, you feel happy and on top of the world. You also feel so much more confident and happy. You can run about while other people are walking among other things, it really is the best feeling in the world and although its a lot of effort, every step, every crunch and every press up is worth it for that feeling at the end. I cant describe it, its an amazing experience.
The fact is, when you have that feeling, you don’t want to stop you carry on, it becomes like an addiction. I can imagine what your like now mate, you think "oh I just cant be bothered" But the first times are always the hardest, then you just want to carry on and it becomes not a chore but a hobby. Something you enjoy doing. I definitely felt like that about 10 years ago, but now its all worth it.
Good luck bro, remember any one can lose weight, any one can gain muscle. People make excuses for them selves and say its so hard. That is the biggest lie in life. It is easy, any one can do it if you have the motivation, determination and will. If you don't have it, you don't want it bad enough, and those are the people that make excuses for them selves
Regards and good luck |

If I'm being totally honest, do what I did.
Rather than bust your arse excercising and starving yourself, learn to love your body for who you are an enjoy life, only comes around once
I've always been overweight, I did lose alot of it a while back but got so pissed at the lifestyle I gave up and went back to my old ways, and now I'm 22, fat and happy and enjoying my life.
There's more to life than constantly exercising and eating perfectly, there's a life out there to go enjoy, so go enjoy it

First off, don't get obsessed!
I went from diet and eating to being obsessed, and trust me I'm actually finding it harder to come off dieting then going on it, and I preferred being called fat to anorexic....Simply because losing weight is hard and takes commitment...so for someone to then shoot you down and say your anorexic hurts more then being called fat.
So, second point, you can NEVER win!
I was too fat....now I'm too thin....People will ALWAYS have negative comments about you, just stick your middle fingers up and do what the f**k you want!
Right, now the helpful, and I'm going on experience, I'm 20.
I weighed about 80KG and had a waist of 40"
Now I'm 54kg and have a waist of 30".
And at 5ft 7" that's a BMI of about 19 (between 19-25 is good)
I started dieting in Jan/Feb time lightly, then got to know about calories, trans fats and all that and then food makes more sense.
For example, my sister buys cheap noodles, 1 pack is about 550 calories and won't fill me up.
However a nice bowl or porridge or muesli (say 50g) with semi skimmed milk is about 400 calories (but depends how much you have)
However...what's better for you, flavoured noodles filled with chemical crap...or natural oats and milk with calcium?
My daily routine and diet is:
9.30am - awken...try not to hit snooze
10am - wake up, because I hit snooze
11.30am - half bowl of Jordans special fruit natural muesli (currently 2 bags for £4 at asda)
some time around 1pm - walk dog for 40mins
4pm - Piece of fruit (always keep some cut up melon to snack on, or carrot sticks)
6pm - Nice big bowl of porridge
10pm - Some fruit
1am - depending on the how far I ran the night before, usually 2.5-4mile jog. (one day during the week, do up to a 5 mile run...then a rest day, then smaller runs).
It's not easy mate, but time and commitment will pay off, I've had to get a new passport picture done because I've lost that much weight.
And tomorrow I'm getting a membership for the pool for 1h a day, so I will start the day at 7am with a mile walk to the pool, then 1h swim till around 8.30.
That, included with walking the dog and a run at night...and healthy eating...works all together and in 2 months you will need new clothes.
Btw that's a downside...I had to re-buy my WHOLE walldrobe.
NEVER GO HUNGRY!
Your metabolism will slow itself down, meaning when you next it, it will burn the food slower and store more as fat incase you starve again, so snacking is good....as long as it's fruit etc, not sweets/crisps.
Btw I'm sh!t scared about going swimming, I love it...But I was fat for so long and so self concious about it, I would ALWAYS wear a baggy jumper...let alone get 90% naked and swim in a public pool, because of that, the last time I went swimming was about 4 years ago in america...where lets face it, I was fat so I just blended in
If you've done well, treat yourself to something, a chocolate bar maybe, with the right diet and excersise in your day, something nice now and then won't effect it at all.
Trust me, you may go a month or so on a strict diet...I went about 3, but you will have to have something sweet eventually.
BUT BE CAREFUL!
Like I said, at one point I go OBSESSED, and I had 1 apple for dinner, 1 banana for tea, and 1/2 glass of a smoothie for snack at 10pm for about 2 weeks, and I had no energy and I lost so much weight so quickly my mum was concerned.
Dieting can be one of the best things you do, and at the same time on of the worst...I wish I never started if I'm honest, because I base my whole days around what I'm going to eat, when I'm going to eat it...I calorie count etc etc....which is actually early signs of anorexia so I'm trying to stop (yes guys get it to!).
Anyway, I'm off out for a 3 mile run..then a 2mile walk to asda and 2 mile walk back
Any questions just ask, I'm happy to help!
EDIT:
Forgot to mention, I also do around 40 press ups a day, 50 sit ups and 50 gut crunches...
Spread them out throughout the day, so when the adverts come on, do 10 press ups.
When I started, I couldn't even do 1!
So start with half push ups and work to 1...then next 2-3 are easier...and work your way to 10.
Then when the next adverts come on, do 20 slow gut crunches and hold each one for 3 seconds, then count from 20 to 30 (so final 10) and do them as fast as you can...
Then straight away, try and do as many press up's as you can...It ALL adds up
Oh, and if you go running at night, be prepared to be stopped by the police, I've been stopped 5 times for "suspicious" behaviour...Ye, nice bollocks eh, I can't go running at 3am without being stopped and having my name ran through their system.
Pisses me off because when your running, you get in to a rhythm, then when you have to stop and talk to a policeman for 5mins...You've already cooled down and lost your pace, starting is the hardest bit.

To lose fat, you have to get healthy.
Eat properly, weight lift and get a cardio routine you'll stick to. |
