Ranjith Joined: Dec 07, 2004 Posts: > 500 From: Saudi Arabia/India,Cochin PM	Posted: 2008-09-07 14:03 ok ive got a PC at home which runs on XP with SP3.its got a PCI WLAN card and i have a cable internet connection. now i want my Laptop which has built-in wifi to share files and access Internet over WLAN frm my PC. i actually got it all working but then my internet stopped working on my laptop.i then set it up all again but no help.and my networking also fails when i restart my laptop.even my p1i is failing to browse the internet over WLAN. so can you just give me step by step instructions? tq

WOOOOOO PM	Posted: 2008-09-09 13:44 xp and vista both regularly drop wireless connections. however to set up sharing right click on the folder you want to share > click properties > go to the sharing tab > and enable files to be shared using this computer >tick the box that says share this folder on a network. then browse to my network places on the other computer and the folder should be in there Current phone: w595! Old SE's - W580, W810,W800, K750, K700, T610.
