Hi I hope you can help.

I have a P1 and have tried to update via SEUS. When I open SEUS it updates some files then I just return to desk top. After about 10mins the SEUS screen appears. Then tried to update but SEUS not seeing phone when I hold down C and insert cable.

I uninstalled SEUS and downloaded from SE again. Same problem as before including the initial delay in openning up of about 10 mins.

Any ideas? Thanks JD

IIRC, 'c' should work as well. [addsig]

@JD4341

1: make sure you're logged in to your pc as an administrator.
2: Try using a different physical usb port on your computer.
3: When your phone's pulgged in check your pc's device manager to make sure no Unknown Devices show up - if they do then it's a driver issue.
4: Try installing the latest version of JAVA - free download from Sun Microsystems.

BTW - you can use either the @ or c keys (the @ being the web shotcut key on your phone).
