I don't know if date&time disabling is possible... But after all, why would you need that? Is that bad to always have the time and date in your sight? You'll need them sometimes.

I know Nokia does this. My V8 does also hides the date if you choose the option.

You are Right, every one needs Date and time handy but i have downloaded 1 swf that shows me Analog Clock and Display time. so, I want to disable the Date and time from standby screen. |

you can only disable date and time with patches, and possibly with FS access as well, not so sure about that.
If you have a cid52 firmware, you can flash and access FS with xs++ from se-nse.com
If you have cid53, there is no hack currently, only services such as davinci and totalgsm.

you can download the free flashing software from davinci, with that you can connect the phone and it should say what your cid is.
You have to pay to actually flash anything, but you can use the software just to check the cid without paying anything.
The actual firmware revision you can get by pressing >*<<*<* (left and right on the dpad and asterix's). You have to press the keys in quick succession for it to work.

You can do it by uploading a custom layout.xml to your phone using XS++.
I have 3 kinds of layout,
1.blank (no operator+date+time)
2.no operator+date (time under batt)
3.no operator+time (date under batt)
Here's the link for the blank layout

Look in my shared folder for the XS++ too
For the tutorial using XS++ you can click the link at strizlow800 signature.
Hope this help.
