Is there a patch for k810 r8 where you can type sms faster like nokias and also a pop up confirmation that your msg is sent..tnx

there's no such a patch yet, but your other query can be done by activating the Delivery Report.

You can check messaging/settings/text message/delivery report... If you enable it you will get confirmation if the message is successfuly sent or not.

btw, i think it is up to the operator. i have two sims, and it works with just one of them.

Then it means all operators in my country have that option.. I didn't know that is operator related...

when he said that he wanted a patch for fast sms typing, did he mean that he would like to reduce the delay between each letter you type?

Well maybe... I think there was such patch called "Reduction of time of deduction of the keys"... If it was ment to fix that. Not sure though, never had the need for such patch.
