Yeah they don't copy the name correctly cause if they did they'd get sued to the moon and back by the real SE. Hell, I don't know why they don't get sued anyway!
So they write Sany Ericsson in attempt to maybe fool some people, or so people who can't afford the real thing can at least look like they have the real thing from a distance.

Maybe the big companies know that they are no real threat with their crappy copies, and so just can't be bothered suing them.

No thats not the reason why companies sue. If they are successful imagine the amount of money they will get regardless of whether they were a threat or not.

Unless I'm very much wrong they can still be sued for that logo, it does look to be the exact copy of SE.
