Are you using the battery the phone came with?
Is it original? |

yeah it should be. Fake accessories and batteries may cause problems of every kind.
Check your nearest store. The battery shouldn't be expensive that much.

I have Sony Ericsson K800i and since I got my phone, the battery life only lasts for less than 24 hours even if I'm not using it or just normal usage. Do you think it is a problem on the phone or with battery? I haven't tried using a different battery. If I'm going to buy a new battery, what do you suggest for Sony Ericsson K800i? Thanks in advance! |

I also noticed charg ing from 10% to about 75% takes about 5 minutes. Its rocket fast. But when there's just the smallest amount to scroll, like 90% to battery full, it takes ages! Why is this so? Its like optimized charging only applies during 4/5 of the charging cycle. |

Because when it goes to 70% you have the percentage but not the real capacity of the battery. For full charge you got to wait until it is 100%.

battery gauges aren't very accurate, don't take to much notice of what it says. To be sure just charge until 100% and then for a bit longer

Actually a good battery charger usually fast charges until 80% then trickle charges the remainder (It switches the current delivery as it senses the voltage change)
