hi
i have a k800i cid53 it sometimes automatically turns off and when i turn on the phone in normal mode while searching the phone turns off and in flight mode it works fine
plz help me as soon as possible

Might be a hardware problem , but try flashing it.
XS++ does not support CID 53 , try the JD flasher.

First check your phone CID by connecting to XS++...
Use this tutorial to flash the phone if it is CID52 (or lower):

if the phone is CID53 use this one:

use K800 software instead of the K810 provided in the tut.
