I guess you cant, i think that you can upgrade only to R2B, well if ur service center hasnt downloaded that then it might be R2A.

And why in the earth would you want R1C?

R2B is better than R1C
If it's just Tetris you want to keep, then you won't get the MMS software either, because I dont belive Tetris is in that software!

well i know just little thing about the software.from all u have said ,the r2a newer than r1c,and r2b newer than r2a,right? one more thing i want to know,i am from china,would the upgradtion change the language?

I believe that phones that supports chinese characters usually uses a different firmware.

Therefore some of the comments here may not apply to you.

Where I come from, you can specify if you want R1C or R2A or R2B. It's up to you.

You don't upgrade anything when you flash your phone, so what's in your phone already doesn't matter...
