This is indeed a great program!
You can replace one of the five pre-programmed cities by selecting "search" from the menu, when it has found your city it will offer you to select one of the five pre-programmed cities to replace.
When you select your newly add city you can see the lat/long that it derived form the online database. You don't have to input them.
Its a simple program, but does exactly what I need from a weather program.

I was using demo version of GisMeteo, but this may replace it you know... haha

Couldn't get it working on mine... does it use WiFi or does it need to be GPRS connection?

It should be using your phone's default connection no matter if it is wifi or gprs. Actually I'm using bluetooth PAN when home.

Impossible, all cities are possible to be edited.
Just do search, and than replace any city with the result.
