Hi , I have a W910i and when entering messaging there is no option for what type of message, text or mms type. It should not be a problem but when trying to put preloaded animation in msg it automaticly sends as an mms and not sms. Any ideas why? Or what i could do to change it?

Its because your W910i has the Vodafone firmware and they put in that stupid messaging application which automatically changes it to an MMS even if you put those animations in which do actually work in an SMS. You either have to live with it like I did unfortunately, or you can use davinci or a similar service to flash your phone with non-branded firmware. This will cost you though, and it will void your warranty.

No problem mate. Enjoy your W910i. That messaging problem is only a minor set-back on what is otherwise an excellent phone.

You can debrand the phone even if your bought it branded... It juse needs to be flashed with generic firmware... For DB2010 and DB2020 phones use this tutorial to flash them (debrand with generic firmware):

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=156090 - for CID36 to 52

and for CID53 phones use this one:

For DB3150 phones use TotalGSM online flashing client service as there is no free flashing solution for DB3150 phones...
