It depends on what you're looking for, the screen size makes it relatively small but its not overly powerfull. |

Pretty much all I do on my laptop is download,watch videos,play music and coursework lol

It should be fine for that. Its not the most powerful laptop in the world, but I certainly wouldn't turn my nose up at it. The only problem seems to be that it has an on-board graphics card, so you won't really be able to play the latest games. But if that dosn't bother you, you should be be fine.

Nope I dont play games on my laptop at all lol!

Yeah definately not a slow lappie for web browsing and stuff but the processor isnt to strong.
how much are you paying for it?

2.0ghz processer would be better

excellent sound from speakers, 2.0ghz processor and a 15" screen (i got mine for £320  ) (second hand)

thing is though I'm pretty much on a £400 budget and I want a good looking laptop that has a smaller screen than nornmal ones lol

You have to bear in mind though that it's dual core. So essentialy it has 2 1.5ghz cores. Of course 2.0ghz would be better, but I think for what he want's its fine.
