Ok so my k800i is white screen of death'd and worst of all trying to fix it with programs like WotanClient has become impossible due to the fact that the computer can not detect the phone anymore because it has no battery/power.
I cannot even get it to flicker infrared light before it blazes on for a second.
I don't have another battery or know of anybody who might have one or even a k800i phone.

Help Please..

And does anybody have an updated method to fixing the white screen of death if I can ever overcome the battery problem?
WotanClient says my user/pass is wrong even after I leave it blank..

Thanks in advance!!!

Yeah it sholdn't matter the WSOD or the software damage. At least if your phone hardware is not damaged you should be able to charge it. But you will get no indication that it is charging or how much it is charged.

Ok thanks guys I have it charged, but do you guys have a more up to date method on how to fix this white screen of death?
It's been driving me nuts, and as I said in my first post, WotanClient says my user/pass is incorrect or something like that when I press start and my phone connects to it.

Help please?
Thanks in advance!!!!!

I think u should use XS++ which is free to flash it back, instead of using Wotan Client. Download appropriate firmware and flash it, it takes around 20 minutes for flashing.

Just reflash the phone firmware using this tutorial:

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=156090

this will work if your phone is CID52 or lower. If it is CID53 use this tutorial:

and everything you need such as firmware files, custpacks and etc download from www.4shared.com or www.se-nse.com

It is possible the phone is simply broken!!! Did it get wet? Do you use it in the rain? I see this screen issue every day and 999 times out of a thousand, it's due to moisture damage (white screen of death is a very vague term which is used out of context far too often)

I don' mean to put a downer on your issue so good luck getting it fixed.
The car in front is absolutely unique apart from the one behind it which is exactly the same. Murray Walker

No one knows until you check what it is. But you lose nothing to try flashing the phone's firmware. You will make sure what problem it is: hardware or software,
