from last 3 days i tring to update my phone. i start the update service, it checks for updates then finilasing and then i get this screen without the start icons. i know the start icon is on right side which is not visible, if i press it, the next screen of agreement is totally blank without any icons. pls help me i dont understand why this happens. i have reinstalled the update software and pc suite again and again, but still the problem remains and m not able to update my phone. thanks.

Try re-installing SEUS... It may be corrupted for some reason. Or it may be a bug from the SEUS server too... No one knows for sure now, so you can try re-installing the SEUS client on your PC.

Hmm, then it may be some kind of problem with your java or flash on the PC you are using. Have you tried on another PC?

I havent tried another pc but m sure my pc went for repair and after then only i had this problem but what could be flash or java thingy.

Try downloading and installing the latest Java Software and Adobe FLash player. you should be fine then. Just google for "java" and "adobe flash player". They are free apps.

You will need to go on the Sun Microsystems website for the latest java and go on the macromedia website for flash. After you've done that. Go and download Adobe flash player as well.

Hehe exact thing I mentioned. The flash and java seem to be the problem so.

It will for sure. Actually I had similar problem with some of the older versions of SEUS. It didn't wanted to start. Just because of the flash player.

yea same because I was always using firefox I didn't download flash player for Internet explorer, make sure you use Internet explorer to download the flash player and not firefox.
