The last K800 firmware version of your phone is R8BF003. You have 2 ways of getting it on your phone. You can download SEUS - sony ericsson update service and update your phone. Keep in mind that it will change your phone CID to 53 and it will no longer be able for full modding...
If you want the manual way, you just download firmware from www.4shared.com (for your CID) and use this tutorial:

Modding includes changing menu icons, adjusting the camera driver, making the phone louder - these are FS operations. And there also exist patches - radio without headset, blacklist and etc...
CID53 patching is not available yet, so if you update your phone through SEUS and get CID53 you won't be able to patch it anymore. This is warning for people that are phone modders... If you don't want to mod the phone and only want newest firmware, you can go for it and update.

Not strictly true, I modded the menus on my CID53 K800i using Far manager and JDflasher. |
