I wasn't careful with turning my w550i and the screen bit came unattached. After reconnecting all the wires, it worked like normal. I just had to take extra care. Yesterday, it ran out of battery and ever since, everysingle time i try to turn it on, a white screen comes on and the usual start up logo and stuff won't load. Can anyone help?

Note that taking to get it fixed, or buying a new one is not an option.

Suppose, you'll have to open it again, check, whether the flex cable's attached properly. Could be damaged or broken though.
Then you'll need a new flex cable.

Btw, why is having it repaired no option ?

Because i lost a phone roughly 4-5 months ago, so my mother gave me one of hers. And now i broke it. She can't know about it haha. Repairing is expensive.

Check the flex cable if it is damaged or attached properly. If everything is fine there, try flashing the phone firmware using this tutorial:
