I wasn't careful with turning my w550i and the screen bit came unattached. After reconnecting all the wires, it worked like normal. I just had to take extra care. Yesterday, it ran out of battery and ever since, everysingle time i try to turn it on, a white screen comes on and the usual start up logo and stuff won't load. Can anyone help?
Note that taking to get it fixed, or buying a new one is not an option.

Suppose, you'll have to open it again, check, whether the flex cable's attached properly. Could be damaged or broken though.
Then you'll need a new flex cable.
Btw, why is having it repaired no option ?

Because i lost a phone roughly 4-5 months ago, so my mother gave me one of hers. And now i broke it. She can't know about it haha. Repairing is expensive. |

Check the flex cable if it is damaged or attached properly. If everything is fine there, try flashing the phone firmware using this tutorial:

www.4shared.com would be the source for your firmware files.
