Well him and his coach have recieved a lifetime ban. A more fitting punishment would have been to ban Cuba from that event for the next Olympics.

No no, QVGA meant he wants to see a video. The link you gave us has video, but it appears to only be available to people in the UK. It says it can't be viewed from my region or something.
