Try master reset. If that doesn't help you can try flashing your phone. After that all software issues with your phone will be solved. So if your problem si software related it will get fixed.

You can try performing a Master Reset and if that will not work, try to update the firmware of your phone. |

Do NOT update the firmware through SEUS if you decide for that option. It will upgrade your phone to CID53 so you won't be able to make advanced operationg in the future. You just folow my flashing tutorial if you want to reflash firmware:
