What about:

- the joystick, is there any problem with it? Does it get cracked easily?

- the volumen, is it loud? louder than a simple w200 for example?

- photos and videos? are they better than k800 or not? or worse?

- Does it have a led? (in order to record videos at nigh)

I hate k850's photos, it really dissapoints me

thanks in advance

Take it, K810 is a brilliant phone.
- The joystick to me is ok, better than the one in K750, K800, and N73 in my opinion.

- The volume is quite soft, similar to K800

- When I'm comparing the pictures taken with K810 to my friend's K800, it is slightly better. You also can check the post to see pictures taken with K810, search it.

- It doens't have any led, and the xenon flash is only for taking pictures. The video recording really sucks, so don't put much hope on it.

I hope that's help

To be honest, the k810 is an older phone model. It has good features for it's time but it lacks advanced connection types like wlan, hsdpa and etc. So if you want a phone with decent camera performance, xenon flash and average media player and you don't need the wifi or something extra you can go for this phone. And after all it is using an older platform which will enable you modding your phone.

Ok I would agree with this. After all it depends on your needs when buying new phone, but if you need an average one, go for it.

between k800 and K810 i should easily go for K810..its a real beauty.

its thinner(that aweful bulk is gone), better batterylife, better lens cover(its stays closed), photo fix...and yes, K810 have a shorter more accurate joystick then K800...its really nice to move around with.

And yeah of course. The one on the picture above seems to have Orange branding... When buying a phone for you just go for debranded (generic) one... Branded phones are crap. Although they can be debranded after that, but it's always the best to buy it debranded.

i say go for it, mate

its cheaper now than before and it has all the basics you would want in a camera-phone - 3.2mp AF camera with Xenon flash, Walkman 1.0 player (still a Walkman nonetheless!), etc..

unless of course, you have enough moolah and the time to wait for the W902!

cheers...

W902??? If you wait for the next top phone wait for the C905. It is far better than others imho. (at least if you don't need a smartphone)

i have endorsed the W902 primarily because of the first post's implied "requirements" which i believe has something to do more with audio ("loud") and photographic qualities.. imho, i believe the W902 meets these two in itself compared to what all the other units could offer (often, separately).. imo, the W902 is a marriage between a Walkman and a Cybershot phone.. it may lack the Xenon but i prefer what it has for flash than the Xenon

this is just me.. cheers, striz

before this phone I had a k810
the built quality of the k810 is better
then the k850i
you have to take more care for it
like leather case etc etc

And that seems to be one of the worst disadvantages of the K810. You can't use it as a torch (light) too. You will have to install an application that acts like torch by enabling your the usage of the red focus light as a torch...
