Well, it's not everyday I get to see something unique: an fanboi quoting MR - in a positive way!!! (Usually poor old Eldar gets flamed so badly here at Esato that he would need to wear a fireman's gear.) I feel privileged, almost like watching the passing of Halley's comet or something...
BTW: I think that was one of the few good remarks about the C902 in MR's review.

I don't know what you guys think, but C902 takes far better pics then K850 in terms of color accuracy, and post processing. also C902 pics doesn't suffer too much from heavy purple fringing as K850 does.
the C902 first pic number1 posted shows that SE have already fixed the horrible red-to-pink issue that K850 possesses. i also see the same accuracy with G900 photos. seems like the new sony module used for C902 has better implementation than the ones found in K850's imx-020

of course we are talking about the fair situation when K800 have original camera driver. K800 with modded driver is completely different song for low light and night shots. I have no doubt that clash between modded K800 and C902 in very low light would be more painful for C902 than for K800. unfortunate we don't have opportunity to check this in identical light conditions (no user with both phones). maybe some day

If the c902 is the phone you want then buy it, but the screen & cam quality is roughly the same quality as the k800,
ROFL, that quote made me laugh. Do you have some sort of grudge against the c902? Because I cant believe you just compared the cameras between the 2 phones.
There's nothing wrong to compare this two cameras since the threadstarter is interested in these two phones. |

you guys who say C702 have better camera then C902, please explain ????? (i dont know, but (sadly) i havnt seen so many sharp C702 pictures yet)
about the screen, i can tell C902 screen is crispy and have good brightness, (its even ok in sunshine).
ALL new more expensive phones have VERY good screens... i doubt Sonyericsson put in a dull screen on their new flagship.

C902 screen in darkness

The backlight is not as bad as they'd photographed it to be. I should know, one of my friends has a C902.

well, I don't see any photography area where old K800 can be ashamed by new C902 so it's only your choice. if you have money and you want new phone - buy C902, if you're looking for better camera only - it's not good direction because C902 will not give you nothing new which is worthy to spent money on it
