you must be happy..at least in your pic you can figure out peoples faces..on mine you cannot recognise anyone, due to all white faces like ghosts if i take a pic with flash in total darkness!!! |

there is only ONE rule when you use K850 flash..............
¤ document... thats everything you have to think about.
(some other easy tips is to "tilt" your camera down a little bit, gives a more concentrate flash light).
ive taken many flash with K850 and i easily can say K850 have best flash against my k800/k810. (have many flash pics by k800/k810..they never becomes so good as K850)
some proves what im talking about...(i dont think you have some software or hardware issue with your flash..try this first & see if it helps)

My k850 also had the same problem, its all down to dirt/dust in the light sensor. If you have dirt/dust in the light sensor the camera thinks its darker than it actually is and over compensates the flash. There is an easy fix is available tho using a cocktail stick or toothpick. On the camera side just below the flash and to the left of the light is a small hole type thing, this is the light sensor. Simply very gently clean the little hole with the point of the cocktail stick.
