i have this firmware R3BA035 and my phone is branded (sweden Three)
should i update my phone . is their any update and how good is R3BA035

will i loose any data / games

Updating your phone via SEUS won't affect the installed data in your phone. If you do the update correct, every data of yours will remain in the same place as it was before the update. About the firmware versions and stability, I think the latest firmware is the best imo.

That's changed now remember.

SEUS now does a full flash of the phone, and therefore all messages (bar saved ones) and settings will be deleted. Also ensure that your contacts are saved to the SIM card.

Thanks for the info. Really appreciated!!! I didn't know that. Anyway when you have to make full backup of the phone, you can use MPE (My Phone Explorer) to backup the contacts and messages.

i tried to update but coudn't they said i had the latest version and i have the first version can anyone tell me please my phone is branded with Swedish three menu
can any one tell me why i cant update

SEUS will currently install the following firmware revisions for UK phone brands:

Unbranded UK -R3CA038
O2 UK - R3CA038
Vodafone UK - R3CA038
Orange UK - R3CA038
3 UK - R3CA038
T-Mobile - R3CA038

.........
if they can update 3 UK to R3CA038 why cant they update 3 Sweden to R3CA038 doesn't all 3 have same firmware.

three as a whole seem to be slow in releasing updates for Sony Ericssons as i have the same version here in Ireland. the only thing to do is contact them and ask when they plan to allow seus updates.

Im on 3 in the UK and used SEUS on my PC to update the software today - however Im still stuck at R3BA035, with the attendant alarm problems.

Can anyone pls confirm that 3 in the UK are not offering any of the later versions? Have tried the Support line, master reset etc.
