G900 sms inbox time help! |

The time displayed on received text messages is always 4 hours behind the correct time. Everything else (ie. sent messages, main page) has the correct time. How can I change it so that it is the right?
Thanks |

I believe its a problem with the timezone settings, theres 3 time zone settings that u can set, and for some reason, one of them stays on London no matter what u change. That might be the cause of the 4 hour lag on the sms msgs. |

mine is OK.
Set your timezone correctly and corresponding to where you are. |

I believe have already set my time zone correctly. Since there are 3 time zones and you can't choose the same location for both 'current time zone' and 'time zone of interest', I chose a location for 'time zone of interest' that has the same time zone as where I live. (ie. I'm in Vancouver, so I set my 'current time zone' and 'home time zone' to 'Vancouver' and 'time zone of interest' to 'Los Angeles'.
But it still doesn't work.
If it makes a difference, I got my phone from Hong Kong, China and am using it in Vancouver, Canada. |
