hey,
recently purchased a e71 off of ebay but he has still not dispatched it,
im worried i will recive a fake phone from him and hes waiting for it to come in from china,
ive tried all the ways of contacting him by phone but am yet to have luck,
anybody dealt with him before?
all help appriciated

Googling the name (apparently the company Elcell and eBay name e_cell are the same) you'll get a few not-so-good results, like this :

You will be lucky if it arrives from E-cell. I purchased a Samsung Omnia from them and it never arrived. I received 14 emails from them stating that I would receive a refund, but I never have. I have since taken legal action to recover the money but they move offices so regularly they are difficult to track down. |
