Hi,

Can any one tell me the best place to buy the G900 sim free.

Ebay is cheapest or would i be better sticking with play.com?

Personally i'd go with Play.com

it is £299 on play.com and £240 on ebay.

but the guy who is selling them has excellent feedback with 190,000 sales

I bought from that guy. I received phone and it had chinese keypad so i sent it back as I was told it was uk one and it should have been a proper uk phone.

He didnt want to give my money back so I had to open dispute on paypal and do chargeback. He has alot of feedback but not all is good.

I have had no problems at all. Not even one crash.

I got mine for £300 but I had a voucher £10 off so £290 but now at expansys the price has dropped so its £290 now.

About buying the phone through ebay, since it ships from HK, does anyone know what is the ammount of tax you have to pay to import it?

4% duty on the item + shipping cost, then 17.5% VAT on top of all that.

You may also get hit with a £10 or such charge by the courier, which is crap as door to door shipments are paid for at the point of shipment.

Rip-off Britain strikes again and again ........
