Yeah that Caps Switch app is very good for opening UIQ phone's filesystem (protected folders)... You will just need further file manager... You can use swiss manager or xplore to manage the files inside the system as the built in file manager is not available to open ROM and System folders/drives...

If you want to delete files from 102030fd, first you have to switch capabilities off, then rename this folder (for example to 102030fd B).
Now enter this folder and scroll down to the file you want to delete. When you find this file go to Menu>File>Attributes (if you are using Xplore) and uncheck the read-only option. Now that you have unchecked this option you can easily delete this file. If there are several files you need to delete, you have to uncheck read-only attribute for each one of these files in order to delete them.
Don't forget to restore the original name to this folder when you have finished deleting the files (for example if you renamed it to 102030fd B just delete letter B now).

Checked

Unchecked

This is how I deleted AATFiles after Sound Mod Full because I didn't like this mod (no changes in the volume level through the speaker and the headset) and I returned to Sound Mod Lite (amazing volume level through the headset).

If you don't have Xplore, you can uncheck read-only attribute with Swiss Manager also - scroll down to the file you want to delete, click on 'i', go to Attributes tab, uncheck read-only and delete the file.
