Yesterday when I turn on my p1, and scroll into video gallery I couldn't open any of my video files. There are titles of video clips, but no icons representing the video files, and when I try to open file it gives me a warning: "Dump file created, application closed, reason KERN-EXEC". Same thing happens with pictures, although I can see small picture icons, but couldn't open it too for the same reason as video files ! I did update of a new firmware two weeks ago. Can someone help me with this issue, or some advice please.

Thanks !

Does your application act like that with all videos you try to play or only with several ones? Try uploading a new video to the phone to see if it will act like that... If so a master reset wouldn't be bad for your phone and it can solve the problem aswell...

P.S. Before master resetting, just backup all your data like messages, contacts and every file from the phone memory...

What do you lose on the phone when you do a master reset?

You lose all your data in the phone memory.. I would suggest using MyPhone Explorer to backup all your contacts, messages and files from the phone memory... Take out the memory stick, and then you can do the master reset...
