they are good lappies ! i've got one with 2mb RAM and it copes fine with photoshop, FTP program, 10 or so IE windows open, MSN, Skypeup and running, and itunes playing with ease

didnt know they still made 2mb chips 
think you mean 2gb.
anyway yea i used to hate dell, but since they've got better and i now own one i take some of it back.

yeh i use photoshop sc3 on mine and its got no lag,
used to a little before i upraged the ram though
