I recieved a text message on my phone and it froze, so i took the battery out and restarted the phone.

Now my left soft key, #1 key, call button, and the directional up click doesnt work

Anyone got any ideas?

I'm still having issues with this

I leave my phone turned off for about 3 days, all the keys start working. Then i use if for around 4 days then all the left hand side of the phone stops working.

Anyone got any ideas? Or anyone else suffered with this problem?

ive got the w760i as well but not had any problems at all with it...touch wood everythings working fine

i think you should change your phone. Somewhat similar happened to me in w900i, where the left d pad didnt work and few keys. IT was like that from the start so i got it changed the next day.

Problem is i got my from ebay. I have emailed the guy in hong kong to see where i stand

Just had a message back asking if i want to send the phone for repair.

I will ask him how much this is going to cost me in £ and see if it is actually worth sending away.
