I am curious if it is possible to sync my G900 with outlook using bluetooth. I want to sync my contacts, but mostly my calender. I looked on the net, but couldn't find anything except for activesync. I tried activesync but couldn't set it up.
Are there program's i can use?

The program MyPhoneExplorer can do this. Last weekend the developer released a beta with support for your phone, see http://www.fjsoft.at/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5759
Edit: It is only supported via USB-cable, sorry

Why don't you try SE's own solution. I made it work with XP and Outlook 2003. Haven't really tried it with Vista and Outlook 2007 but I use my phone (P990) as a modem through bluetooth with Vista. Never failed.
