No sound and the mode is in Portable Handsfree |

I have a problem in my K300:
When I turn my phone on it shows:
PROFILE: Port.Handsfree
And no sound, when I'm calling or when I try to play a music/video!

Go to settings, then profiles, then change it. You probably want to change it to the normal profile.
