I got my Tmobile t300 phone a week ago and it was workin fine, now today, when i turn it on it says "searching"...then says "no network"(where it usually says "t-mobile"), and does this no matter where i go, i called t-mobile and they didnt know what was wrong... any one else have this same problem? could it be that my phones locked? any ideas?

Try this, it might or might not work:
Go to "connect" in the main menu
Then select "GSM Networks"
Then click "Select Netork" and a list of networks will come up. There should be a little house next to "T-Mobile". Select that then press your "Yes" button/joystick and get out.

Just a stab in the dark, but try this - go to Connect > GSM Networks > Select network, then choose TMobile from the list of carriers that appears. [addsig]

hey i had that problem on my T68i. take it 2 a sc they'll sort it out. its normally the case of an aerial with a bit of dirt on it (doubt it'll b that coz u've only had it a wk!) or that the aerial needs 2 b re-aligned.

Have you tried the sim in anouther phone? If it works in anouther phone take the t300 back for service.
Why can't I be happy with one phone?
