When I bought my w910 phone, it was locked for vodafone. They unlock the phone in the shop, but the firmware is R1FA030 prg12009124_VODAFONE_SH . How can I change it into the normal firmware?

The phone is debranded ( or unlocked ). The phone is free. I just want to change the firmware.

The phone is now unlocked but not debranded. It sounds like you also want to debrand it. Follow the above advice.
You know of course that debranding will void your Vodafone warranty and probably also any  warranty. Did you notice this when you wrote your post?

Ok...But if I use the update service is there any chance to return the menu to the original sony ericsson icons?

You will get back the branding if you use seus update service without changing CDA at the time of flashing the phone.

this phone and the new ones are DB3150 and far manager nor xs++ support these phones
