Hi, My Sony Erricsson K800i (which is about a year old now) was switched on today and all it comes up with is a white screen and nothing else. I've looked at some of the topics on here and tried taking battery/sim card/memory card out then leaving it for a few hours than trying it with just the battery. I can't seem to connect it to my computer, (it just goes white again) same when I charge it. Is my phone dead? As It was working perfectly fine up until yesterday, It's only started having problems when I tried switching it on today,

Thanks,

Dave

Flashing?

I'm looking at this http://www.4shared.com/file/3[....]32a/SETool2_Lite_v111.html?s=1 and am downloading it,

Not sure what to do with it but I'll see what I can do

The problem is whatever I do I can't get my computer to read my phone now, I guess maybe It's that battery which has died, Thanks for that, I'll see how I could possibly get my computer to read it like It used too.
