Ok,

I'm a real dumpass I know, this week my phone dropped 2 times.. but it was in it case, the bad thing is that the case has small openings left and right, and ofcourse.. it hits there...

what do you think.. could you change the covers in a repair centre, once the phone is out.?.. or is this a thing that you are not able to change?

I think you mean dumbass. And i wouldnt think that the service centres would have replacement covers for a while yet. You could always ask a plastics company near you he they would mould you a new one
