I had problems with my broadmand last week and I had to get BT to assist - they reset my home hub and now my internet connection is working fine. The problem is that I cannot get any web pages through the WLAN on my P1i.
I have searched the forums without any joy - any help appreciated
Thanks |

I can connect fine to the hub - i have spoken to SE and they referred me to BT - I spoke to BT and they say that there is nothing wrong with the hub and that it must be the phone!! |

Yeah,i'm sure it's the phone and the problem is the WLAN is so buggy that some times there is nothing you can do. Delete the profile and start over again or find someone REALLY good at these things (that's what I did).Otherwise it's ping-pong between BT and SE.

OK. Can you view the hub's configuration page on your p1? entering the ip address of the router is the normal method.
IF you can view the page then the problem is most likely just a DNS one. |

Right then, the issue is something to do with your connection settings. Can you post them? |

do you get IP and DNS automatically? have you set the default gateway correctly? (should be the IP of your hub) |
